🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 📊 Leading all things accounting—AR, AP, payroll, and month-end reporting.
• 💸 Running weekly payroll for 100 employees using Paylocity (yep, we pay on time—every time).
• 🧾 Making sure receivables come in and vendors get paid—hello, early payment discounts!
• 🏦 Managing daily banking (wires, ACHs, deposits—you name it).
• 📚 Creating & enforcing financial policies and internal controls.
• 🧮 Keeping us tax compliant and cash-smart.
• 📈 Producing monthly and annual financial statements that tell the real story.
• 💬 Leading, mentoring, and growing your accounting team like a true pro.

🎓 What You Bring to the Table:

• 🎓 BA in Accounting required.
• 📅 5–10 years of experience (bonus points for prior Senior Accounting Manager roles).
• 🧠 Experience with ERP systems & juggling multiple legal entities.
• 💻 Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel is your happy place).
• 🤝 Proven leadership: hiring, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, confident, and collaborative.
